西平亭是西宁历史上最早的军事建置,是屯田系统的基层组织.西平亭是农亭,不属于郡、县行政建制.本文依据历史文献、地形地貌及亲见亲闻,对西平亭的位置、规模等作了详细的讨论.

　　西宁是青海的政治、文化、经济中心,汉朝以前是羌族生活的地域。《诗经·商颂》说“昔有成汤,自彼氐羌”,说明青海是华夏文化的发源地之一。公元前476年～前443年,羌人无弋爰剑在秦学得农业知识,教羌人耕种、牧畜,生产力有所发展, ……

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a
